Delegation of Shanghai Conservatory of Music Visits Vienna City Hall for In-depth Exchange

On the morning of September 22, 2025, entrusted by Christian Meidlinger, President of the State Parliament of Vienna, the delegation from the Shanghai Conservatory of Music visited Vienna City Hall and held in-depth talks with Luise Däger, official of the Vienna Municipal Government.

The visit aims to strengthen bilateral exchanges and cooperation in the field of music, explore innovative models for the international training of professional music talents, and build closer connections for Sino-Austrian music and cultural interaction. Combining the profound musical heritage of Vienna and the top-tier teaching and research strength of the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, both sides focused on the construction of long-term cooperative mechanisms to promote in-depth cultural exchange and resource sharing between the two countries.

As a core bridge for Sino-Austrian artistic and cultural exchanges, ACMA has long been committed to facilitating docking and cooperation between top music academies and cultural institutions of the two countries. This friendly meeting has laid a solid foundation for diversified and in-depth music cooperation in the future, and further expanded the new path of international music and cultural exchanges between China and Austria.
